What to bring
Your health insurance card and photo ID. If you have older X-rays or a report from another dentist, bring those too.
Cancelling an appointment
Please cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or no-shows we charge a contractual fee — by then we can no longer offer the time to another patient.
When to arrive
Please arrive a few minutes early. A first visit takes longer than a routine check-up — allow thirty to sixty minutes.
